Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase of a sponsorship placement ("Lot") on the "4 Dresses" campaign (the "Campaign") operated by Justin Chua ("I", "me") for Korea Blockchain Week 2026, Sep 29 – Oct 1, 2026, at Walkerhill, Seoul. Dresses are worn Sep 30 – Oct 2, 2026 — across the main conference, side events, and dinners.
What you're buying
Each Lot corresponds to a printed placement on one dress, worn by one model on one day of the event. A Lot includes:
- Your logo printed at the purchased position on the dress, worn on the purchased day
- Your logo, link, and tagline listed on the campaign page
- Mention in the appreciation post after the event
Pricing
Front placements are $7,500 and back placements are $5,000 per girl, per day. All prices are in USD.
Takeover mechanic
Once a Lot is claimed, another sponsor may take it over by paying 2× the most recent price for that Lot. If your Lot is taken over, you are notified by email and refunded in full, minus network fees, within 7 days of the takeover. Each subsequent takeover doubles the price again from the last price.
Campaign confirmation
The Campaign runs only if it is confirmed by 2026-09-23T23:59:59+08:00. If it is not confirmed, the Campaign is called off and every sponsor is refunded in full, minus network fees, within 7 days.
Payment
Payments are made in USDC on the Solana network to the address published on the campaign page. Only USDC on Solana is accepted. Assets sent on other networks or in other tokens cannot be recovered. Claims are confirmed manually after the transaction signature is emailed to jcxa@proton.me.
Sponsor responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a logo and brand information you have the legal right to use and display publicly. If your submission infringes another party's rights, you are solely responsible for any resulting claim. I review every logo and will remove any logo reported or discovered to infringe third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
I will make good-faith efforts to deliver all Campaign deliverables as described. I am an individual, not a company, and cannot guarantee specific engagement, reach, or business outcomes. My liability for any issue arising from this Campaign is limited to the amount you paid for your Lot.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Questions: @yoloking0 or jcxa@proton.me.
Refund Policy
All refunds are issued in full minus network fees (the Solana gas fees kept by the network, which cannot be recovered).
Full-refund guarantee
If the Campaign is not confirmed by the deadline, or I decide not to run it, every sponsor is refunded in full minus network fees, no questions asked. Refunds are returned in USDC to the sending wallet address within 7 business days of the Campaign being called off.
Takeover refunds
If your Lot is taken over by another sponsor at 2× the last price, you receive a full refund minus network fees within 7 business days of the takeover.
No refunds outside these cases
Because placements are limited and production begins once the campaign is confirmed, refunds are not available for changing your mind after a Lot is confirmed and not taken over. Lots removed for violating the Content Policy are not eligible for a refund.
Event-day circumstances
If the event is cancelled or the models cannot attend for reasons genuinely outside my control, sponsors are offered either a full refund (minus network fees) or equivalent alternative content, at the sponsor's choice.
Content Policy
To keep this campaign appropriate for a public conference, the following applies to any logo, brand name, or content submitted for a Lot.
Not allowed
I reserve the right to refuse, remove, or request changes to any submission that:
- Is illegal in South Korea, Singapore, or the sponsor's home jurisdiction
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Contains sexually explicit or adult content
- Promotes scams, known fraudulent projects, or content designed to mislead (including impersonating another brand)
- Infringes someone else's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property
- Is unrelated to the sponsor's actual brand
Content that violates this policy is removed without refund. If a Lot goes live with prohibited content, or a sponsor swaps in prohibited content after approval, it is removed immediately and the payment is forfeit.
